Responsibilities:
Work with an Engineering Manager, Solution Architect, Technical Lead and other software engineers in solution design & development
Actively support our ADM agile framework – including working with scrum team roles, tools, practices, and rituals
Establish a solid relationship with other team members to understand the vision, requirements, and priorities of our business partners
Be a self-starter with the ability to deliver on time with quality and also handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Have a solid background in Force.comor Java programming and a solid understanding of Javascript, CSS, XML, Apex and HTML
Have an obsession with commenting your code, a natural tendency to self-test your code before calling it done and a knack for building quality user experience
Be responsible for development through all phases of the development lifecycle and be well versed in full stack (backend & frontend) implementation
Collaborate with other team members to develop new features, enhance existing features, underlying software components and frameworks
Have a history of building successful web-based solutions and the ability to quickly grasp unfamiliar technology and integrate them quickly into the solution implementation
Possess good oral and written documentation skills and be able to interact with other team members to deliver fast with quality
Be asked to contribute ideas and provide feedback on many projects within the team’s portfolio.

Required Skills:
5+ years of professional experience with a distinguished track record on technically demanding projects
5+ years of experience programming with Force.com(Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) or Java technologies
Experience with OO design and MVC
Experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript (JS)
Experience with relational database languages (SQL or SOQL)
Experience with data modeling design
Working Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST)
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology
Experience developing in an enterprise environment such as source code control, IDE, continuous deployment, release management (Perforce, Git, Eclipse, Jenkins)
Developing functional automated tests in Java and/or Apex
Plan, design and enhance automation framework, utilities and tools
2+ years experience in designing and implementing automated test suite that are fast, robust, and maintainable using Java-based tools such as Selenium Web Driver , JUnit, and Apex
2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering developing test framework using an OOP language, such as Apex, Java, C#, etc. and testing in web based environment, SAAS preferred Lead, participate and contribute
to product code reviews
Diagnosis , track and manage quality issues to resolution required
Document test plans and publish test results with the goal of continuous improvement in code quality, test coverage (functionality and code)
Effectively communicate status and risk to the team and manager
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or relevant experience

Desired Skills:
Masters degree – ideally in Computer Science, Engineering or MIS
5+ years of experience programming with Force.com(Apex and Visualforce) and Java
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology
Experience developing on the Salesforce.com platform & API’s
Certifications in Force .comand/or Java
Strong experience with Selenium automation
Understanding of various user based security models
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
Strong experience with Javascript frameworks such as Jquery, Angular and/or ExtJS
Participate in product and feature design with technical staff members, business systems analyst and product managers
Excellent cross-group communication and problem solving skills
